Study the effect of the degradation of a bank of SLBs on the feasibility of reusing them as a service provider to a distribution utility, when the SLBs system includes phtovoltaic generation and integrates an energy microgrid. The use of batteries in distribution networks can mitigate the negative impacts of variable PV generation, provide greater hosting capacity, and enable the provision of services to the grid. In the study, degradation models of the batteries in both their first and second use will be developed, considering as first life an electric bus serving on a university campus, which is planned for the near future.
